PP Filtration Media Rolls
Specify layer construction, thickness and conversion methods around particle loading and structural requirements.
MEMBRANES / PES Membranes
Evaluate membrane material for discs and filter assemblies against the actual fluid and assembly process.

PES microporous rollstock supplies membrane material for slitting, disc cutting or assembly. Pore architecture, surface wetting and backing determine liquid access and affect folding and sealing. Flat-sheet measurements describe the material in a particular test configuration. A finished filter also depends on seals, support and effective area, so rollstock data should not be treated as complete cartridge performance.
| Selection factor | What to compare |
|---|---|
| Membrane structure | Symmetric and asymmetric pores distribute loading differently; confirm the intended face and flow direction. |
| Conversion | Thickness, width and support influence cutting, pleating and joining in addition to pore rating. |
| Liquid recovery | Evaluate surface treatment, adsorption and material background for sensitive fluids. |
